PETERSBURG – Area businessmen and women recently attended a lunch hosted by Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals Inc. (BICI) advocating new support and awareness of the new 56,000 sq. foot library for Petersburg. Prof. Dr. Manfred Psiorz, president and COO emphasized the importance of education and the necessity to improve the Petersburg Schools so corporations like BICI can hire locally versus having to go outside the City of Petersburg or region to hire qualified staff.
